including acrylic painting on canvas, mask-making, drawing with pencil, pastels and markers, collage, photography, computer graphics, altered books, water colors and polymer clay sculptures--in 2010-11 over 250 CASSA participants assisted by two GWU art therapy interns, Diana Morrow and Cara Reiner, have worked  on fine art projects in the open art studio. They also have gone on trips to 10 art museums to gain a better appreciation of the visual arts in Washington, DC.
